Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed through The Fit Depot, operated by Mashapa Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where payment cannot be verified or stock is no longer available.

2. Product availability

Product availability may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing accuracy

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. We take care to display accurate pricing, but in the rare event of a pricing error we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate name, contact details and delivery address.
• Be available to receive deliveries at the address provided.
• Inspect items on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Delivery limitations

Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, peak periods or incorrect addresses are outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for more.

6. Returns process

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned unused in original condition.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fit Depot and Mashapa Enterprises (Pty) Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
